Service Policy

At stoneandporcelain.com we aim to provide the highest standard of customer service. Our dedicated sales team have over 15 years collective experience within the natural stone industry. We appreciate that for the majority of our customers the material they purchase will have a direct impact on there day to day living space, which is why we work tirelessly to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the decisions you make. We are more than happy to send samples, photographs, technical data and any other information you may require to come to this decision, we believe in doing everything possible to take any hassle out of your purchasing experience.

We are always available on the telephone and by email, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

We aim to get all our orders dispatched within five working days. We will co-ordinate your delivery with yourselves to ensure the delivery is made using the most appropriate off-loading facility and at the most convenient time. Normally our deliveries are made by a pallet courier service with which we can specify a day and give an estimated time of delivery, on the day of delivery. In the rare event that an item may be out of stock it could take between three and five weeks for the delivery of this item.
